Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges

Our Return and Exchange policy extends to 60 days from date of purchase. We are not able to process exchanges and returns after 60 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require your order number to verify proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service such as FedEx or UPS and purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and you may need tracking info to locate your item if we haven't received it within 7 days after you ship it to us 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 7-10 days. If multiple payment methods were used, refunds will be applied to credit cards first, then to gift cards (if applicable).

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, email your request to contact@gmcompanystory.com and follow return procedures. We will refund your original purchase when the returned item is received. You will need to place a new order for your desired item and pay the return shipping to us.

What is “Free Returns + Package Protection” Coverage?

When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for free. If your item is lost or damaged in transit, your order is also protected.

If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.

Damages (if applicable)

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item. We will gladly replace your item, and will send you a return FedEx label for free return shipping.
